You've gotten really good at holding everything together

But now, the same things that helped you make it this far, are starting to hold you back
You're the person that others depend on

You've spent years holding things together, managing responsibility, and keeping everything going. Recently, you've noticed how much more energy it takes to do what used to feel easy.

You're overthinking decisions that used to feel simple

The pressure that used to motivate you now just feels draining. You're meeting expectations and doing what needs to be done, but it feels more like trying to maintain than making progress.

You're replaying conversations

Wondering what you missed and taking responsibility for things that don't belong to you. You care about the people around you, but it's becoming harder to separate your needs from the demands of work and home.

Things look fine from the outside, but something feels off internally

The focus, sense of direction, and momentum you once had, start to fade. Just pushing through isn't working the way it used to.

You've built your life on strength, responsibility, and showing up for others without fail. Carrying that much for that long, has consequences.

These patterns are coming from years of responsibility and the pressure to keep things from falling apart. You don't have continue to feel stuck; there is a path back to the life you want.

Meaningful change takes more than learning to push through

Hi, I'm Hunter

Therapy should do more than help you get through the difficult moments. It should help you understand what’s leading to your reactions and the pressure you feel every day.

We'll look at the experiences that shaped you, the patterns that keep showing up, and the things you care about that make you who you are. You'll find the clarity, direction, and motivation that you need to move forward with confidence and a stronger sense of purpose.

Therapy with me...

is an active, thoughtful process. I pay close attention to how you make sense of your experiences, the internal rules you’ve lived by, and the fears that have shaped your decisions. Much of what feels difficult now developed over years of taking on responsibility and pressure, and our work begins by bringing those patterns into focus so you can understand how they’ve been impacting your life.

I’m direct as I work with my clients. I challenge the beliefs that keep you stuck and help spotlight your old, ineffective patterns. As you learn to recognize the difference between decisions driven by pressure and those guided by what actually matters, confidence will begin to build, making it easier to move forward in ways that reflect who you want to be, not just what feels safest.

Trauma & EMDR

Trauma isn’t always about what happened, but about how your system learned to protect you. EMDR and trauma-informed therapy help address the experiences that shaped those responses, so they don’t continue to define how you feel, react, or connect with others.
